Family Medicine means being able to take care of all of your family's health care needs through multiple generations, pediatric, teen, adult and geriatrics.  We offer comprehensive management for all your acute and chronic health problems.  From acute injuries to infections, management of diabetes and hypertension, women's health, heart and lung disease, we have you covered.  As a D.O., Dr. Robinson has the extra training and tools needed (including the latest in Laser Therapy) to really help with your musculoskeletal pains and injuries.  Moreover, with an emphasis on preventive medicine as the key to ensuring good health, we partner with you to ensure all your health screens and preventive measures are optimized, including expert and detailed advice on exercise, nutrition and weight management.  Nothing can be more satisfying to a doctor than to see a patient be able to reduce or stop medications after successfully losing weight through the adoption of a healthy lifestyle plan.

Dr. Robinson was born and raised in nearby Alameda, and completed his undergraduate education at California State University of San Jose.  After going off to medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, he completed his training at Mercy Redding Family Practice Residency as part of the U.C. Davis program.  Dr. Robinson is affiliated with Sutter Health's Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley, as well as San Leandro Medical Center, and St. Rose Hospital in Hayward.  When not working, he enjoys spending family time with his wife and two daughters in Alameda.  It's all about Family!
