Our Staff

Front Desk:

Fibiana Morales has been welcoming patients since 2010 and she is your first point of contact when you come in for your scheduled appointment. Sign in and connect with her when you arrive for your Primary Care, Wellness or Weight Loss visit. Email or call in to set up your next appointment.

Medical Assistant:

Suzette Solar has been with Dr. Robinson since 2005. She will make your visit with Dr. Robinson professionally pleasant as she is truly a skilled medical professional.

Nutritionist:

Karie Ploeger is a certified holistic nutrition practitioner.  Her passion for helping others to succeed begins with “real foods”. She takes a individual approach to design her integrative health guidelines for patients to follow. She works to address each individual’s unique health concerns, such as blood sugar regulation, digestion, improving energy levels, and food allergies & sensitivities.

Medical Billing:

Dr. Robinsin outsources his medical billing to JT Howe and Assoc. Gilbert Gerbacio is your contact for all your insurance coverage, pre and post billing questions. New Patient Forms: arrive 15 minutes early to fill out our first appointment forms or download in advance to fill out. Bring all new patient forms with you if you elect to complete them in advance of your first appointment. You can download our patient forms by downloading at home, print, fill out and bring in to make your appointment less time consuming.

Immediate Medical Emergency: if you are having a medical emergency then immediately dial 911 for your medical help. Do not call Dr. Robinson’s answering service to leave your message for emergency medical help.

Do you need an urgent response? Please call and speak to a staff member during our open hours or call our answering service after hours.

Non-Urgent Message? When you leave this message on our answering service you will get a response the next open clinic day from the appropriate staff member.

Prescription Refills: call the pharmacy to refill your prescription. This is a patient responsibility. Please plan ahead for your prescription refills. Do not leave prescription refill requests on our after hours line. Refill your prescriptions with appropriate lead time to have sufficient medications on hand.

24-Hour advance notice to cancel your appointment is requested. Repeat missed appointments without a 24-hour cancellation will be auto-charged $50.00.

For problems requiring an urgent response, please call and speak to a staff member (or the call service after hours). Otherwise we will respond to all messages as soon as possible during office hours.
