Fillet of Sole/Salmon in a Lemon Wine Sauce

Directions

  1. Spray Pam non-stick spray to lightly coat fry pan.

  2. Saute onion and bell pepper together.  After cooking, remove to the side.

  3. Re-coat pan with a Pam spray.  Add fillets to pan, top dash spice to fish.  Cook on one side and flip fish.  

  4. After flipping fish, add cooked onion and bell pepper.  Add lemon juice and wine, simmer together for added cooking plus incredible flavor.

  5. Serve up!  Add your favorite side dish to complete your meal.
