“My passion is to guide clients towards a healthier lifestyle,” says Michelle. “I truly believe that fitness is about so much more than exercise. It's a catalyst for positive change, and it affects so many aspects of your life.”   
 
One of her specialties is Barre Sculpt, a workout that combines elements of Pilates, yoga, ballet and strength training. The many benefits of this form of exercise include enhanced flexibility, muscle tone and posture.
 
For those seeking something more intense, she also offers Boot Camp training to burn fat, improve heart health and increase strength.
 
Michelle’s classes are held outdoors along the beautiful Newport Coast in California. She recently added Zoom classes so that anyone, anywhere can benefit from her fitness training.
